Manufacturing Technology
The Ventura GP series sealed lead-acid batteries are manufactured using AGM technology (AGM technology - batteries that immerse liquid electrolytes in glass fiber separators).
Design features
The battery uses coated positive and negative plates. A notable feature of this type of electrode plate is its simple design, low internal resistance, and fast capacitor recovery. The grid is made of lead alloy and has improved operational characteristics. The battery box is made of high-quality plastic (ABS propylene butadiene styrene). You can order batteries with standard (HB) or increased (V0) fire rating (UL94 standard).
Specifications
The GP series batteries are produced in single unit form, with nominal voltages of 6 volts and 12 volts, and a capacity range of 1.2 to 100 ampere hours. They are designed to operate in constant charging mode and cycling mode. The trickle charging voltage should be maintained within the range of 2.27-2.3V/cell (at 25 ° C). Batteries can be installed horizontally and vertically. It is not allowed to install on the cover (with the terminal facing downwards). The service life of GP series batteries is 6-9 years.
Application Areas
The GP series battery is an economical solution suitable for a wide range of applications. These batteries are used for communication facilities, power production and distribution, uninterruptible power supply, security systems, video surveillance, access control and management, railway, oil and gas industries, and other industries.
