Ventura nickel cadmium batteries typically consist of 20 individual cells, which are installed inside a stainless steel box lined with heat-resistant plastic. The battery cover and high conductivity nickel plated copper core are supported and protected by soft rubber. The pipeline installed on the side of the battery is used for exhaust, and the plug installed on the front of the battery is used to connect the battery to the aircraft's electrical system. In addition, the battery can be equipped with a temperature sensor for temperature monitoring.
Low internal resistance can still provide excellent power output at extreme temperatures.
Specially designed isolation materials can maintain stability even at high temperatures, ensuring high safety without any "heat dissipation".
